Our meticulous work includes concrete, masonry, insulation, backfilling, and excavation across the service ramp, alongside 106,545 m2 of block work and 169,986 m2 of plaster application. Phase 1 of the Twin Hotel and Office Towers (C09 – C10) marks a milestone, featuring foundation works with a 7,500 m2 raft area, utilizing 14,000 m3 of concrete and 2,500 tons of steel reinforcement, showcasing our commitment to precision and structural integrity.
