The Civil Aviation Club project encompasses a range of facilities including a social building, nursery, swimming pools, and a spa. It also features dressing rooms, open playgrounds, and a Ceremony Hall. The Ceremony Hall spans 5,000 m² and is equipped with adjacent changing rooms, a cafeteria, a power station, fuel and water tanks, storage areas, access roads, and boundary walls. The project also includes comprehensive finishing work, as well as the installation of MEP systems, ventilation, fire alarms, and audio-visual systems.
